Two Weeks Prior is a Stockholm rock band built on the tension between intimate songs and arena ambition. Soft melodic vocals over raw guitar and bass, drums that drive everything forward. The '90s lives in the DNA without tipping into nostalgia.
Guitarist Niklas Modig started the band with bassist Kim Berg and drummer Henrik Edfeldt. Vocalist and songwriter Linus Johnson completed the lineup. They released "So High" in 2023, followed by the debut album "Within The Walls."
The music doesn't belong to any scene. Not Swedish rock, not Stockholm indie. Just songs written by people who live in Sweden, built to travel further than that. Tracks like "Piece Of Your Heart" and "Leave This Town" land in the chest first, the head second. The next rooms are bigger ones, and the songs already sound ready.
